Open Forum - Livable Pittsburgh and the Edgewood Community Group

Livable Pittsburgh, and Edgewood Community Group, will be holding an open forum on September 22nd at the Mellor Community House at 7 PM in order to discuss green initiatives and gardening practices.  A keynote address will be given by Patricia DeMarco a scientist, author and former director of the Rachel Carson Homestead and Institute at Chatham University.

Roadway Improvement Program Underway

Please be advised that beginning the week of August 18th and continuing until the anticipated project completion date of October 16th, a roadway improvement program will take place in Edgewood Borough. This includes manhole and inlet adjustments, Roadway Restoration (Milling and Paving) and Line Painting.

All work will be done between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday and will be dependent on weather conditions.

We ask for your cooperation with no parking on the street(s) when **NO PARKING** signs are posted. These signs will have dates and times as to when parking is not permitted.

Youth Soccer

Registration is now open for Youth Soccer!  Boys and girls aged 4 to 14 are welcome to register. Games are played September and October at Koenig Field in Edgewood. Click here to go to the Sports Page for more information.

 If you  park on the street, be sure to check the posted signs for directions on what side of the street to park your car so that you don't receive a ticket!

Reminder: Lock Up!

We would like to remind our residents to please keep the doors and windows of their homes and vehicles locked! It can be easy to forget this simple step in the summer months, but please help to keep our community safe by locking up your home and cars.
